We are urgently hiring for Head - HRBP for one of our MNC Financial Services Client in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :
- Work as strategic HR business partner to one of the largest business group in the organization to support the delivery of the business plans for a highly distributed workforce
- Manage key stakeholders within India and globally
- Contribute as a thought leader for achieving aspirational growth targets of the organization
- Bring maturity and ability to execute when business may be facing stressful headwinds
- Partner with the business to execute & develop talent planning & acquisition activities
- Facilitate talent development actions
- Manage organizational design and development initiatives and promote a culture and environment aligned with the Values
- Coach the business in the execution of performance management processes and implement associated reward strategies
- Advise, coordinate and meditate on key employee relations issues
- Lead/ Support central HR initiatives/ projects
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements appropriate to the role
Requirements :
- Post graduate from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an HRBP role
- Should have managed an employee base of 1000 plus
