My Client is a leading Pharma Company and this is an HRBP role for their Knowledge center
As the Lead HR for this Business unit your roles & responsibilities include :
- Driving end to end HR for 1500 + employees
- Lead a team to achieve business goals as a true business partner
- Drive talent strategy, organization development, Employee Engagement within the BU
- Working closely with the CHRO on driving & aligning HR Strategy for this unit
As a successful applicant, you should have:
- 10-15 years- experience in HR with atleast 5 years as HRBP for R&D, Engineering or Technology Centers
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles
- You should have good exposure to Talent Management and OD interventions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in an engineering or R&D setup is a must have
