Job Description - Dep HR Head

- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers & work closely with management and employees to improve relationships and increase productivity and retention.

- Analyze performance metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Responsible to evaluate employee programs, recommend improvements to employee relations policies and ensure that all employee-related policies align with corporate goals and established regulations.

- To develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

- Oversee functions pertaining to Learning & Development, Training, Compensation management, File & Data maintenance etc.

- Taking ownership of Talent Acquisition through Market Mapping, Talent Networking and Sourcing and Creating talent pipeline for the process

- Designing recruitment dashboards and reports, setting the policies and ensuring 100% adherence

- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
