Head - HR Business Partner - eCommerce

We have been mandated to hire a Head of HR for a leading ecommerce firm focused on B2B online business in Delhi.

In terms of the role, we are looking at a strong HR Business Partner who will be responsible to Head HR for the firm which will include developing key policies like :

- Talent Acquisition

- Compensation policies

- Flexiwork policies

- Leave policies, rehire and exit policies

- Talent Management

- Retention Planning & Operational

- Strategic HR advisory services to stakeholders.

The position will be based in Delhi and will report into the Founder of the firm.

We are looking at candidates with only Premier HR MBA degree.
