Key Responsibilities :
- Defining & Driving HR Strategy- Key member for defining the Strategy of HR ( Long term & Short Term) in line with business strategy and converting to a yearly plan on Organization, Talent, Climate andi Incentives.
- HR ROI- Run HR as not a cost center but all budgets linked to the profitability of business.
- Talent Acquisition- Setting up & Scaling the Business teams in accordance with the business Numbers In terms of building teams have managed large scale hiring.
- Building and Promoting Organisation Culture, revamping Organisation Policies and Processes and ensuring audits and certifications.
- Compensation benchmarking and HR Automation.
- Devising HR Strategy working with Global team members and should be efficient enough to handle conflicts.
