Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the HRBP + Talent Acquisition mandate for a headcount of approx. 1800 employees. Lead the HRBP function for Tech / Product.

2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.

3. Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

4. Implement performance management processes, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

5. Partner closely with key stakeholders such as CHRO, CEO, other HR leaders in the organization.

6. Anticipate HR-related challenges and proactively offer solutions to enhance business performance.

7. Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

8. Partner with the Talent Management lead closely to assist in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or change.
