Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the HRBP + Talent Acquisition mandate for a headcount of approx. 1800 employees. Lead the HRBP function for Tech / Product.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
3. Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

6. Anticipate HR-related challenges and proactively offer solutions to enhance business performance.
7. Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
8. Partner with the Talent Management lead closely to assist in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or change.
