Head - HR Business Partner
Key Result Areas:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies for the upcoming requirements; and partner strategically with internal teams to understand key business objectives and create strategies to manage and deliver on organization's manpower goals across all functions for organisation's success.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Prepare periodic reports to track and monitor performance against manpower plan and budget, and accuracy of hiring and other performance metrics.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
- Closing positions within a defined turnaround time and as per requirements. Adherence to defined timelines with respect to Indent to Offer, Shortlisting to Offer, offer to joining.
- Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with clients, to address issues that will enhance overall performance and employee engagement.
- Consult and advise on succession planning, talent reviews and driving annual programs.
- Act as team member or team leader on various HR or business programs, projects, or teams. In partnership with HR functions, support development and implementation of HR programs and business initiatives.
