Head HRBP ( Corporate + Consulting experience )
Corporate + Consulting background is essential. A very strong and effective communicator with 10 years of experience. Strong Business Acumen with Good understanding of the entire gamut's of HR, Strong Analytical ability, and efficient Stakeholder manager. Strong pedigree with decent industry background.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Defining and Creation of Business HR Roadmap.
- Business HR / Strategic HR
- Create HR Solutions for specific business needs
- Drive adaptation of HR frameworks, processes and tools in RSC to create an open and transparent work environment.
- Design people initiative
- Manage employee relations
- Drive the Diversity Agenda for the brand.
- Elevate the people Capability at RSC through various Interventions.
- Bring Great Place to Work survey.
- Partner with Learning team to identify development needs for all functions and share information with Learning team.
- C&B interventions, design and development.
