1. Inspire and lead a team of HR professionals 8 -10 in number at various stages of their career - role / leading from front / developing self and others.

2. Be responsible for end to end employee life cycle from hire to retire for all On rolls and off rolls employees.

- As per laid down orgn processes - Doing it right first time and every time

- The Org primarily has three areas - Corporate Office ( Mumbai ), Development Centre( for back office ops and tech at Chennai ) and retail banking teams across Zones

3. Continuously scan the market in terms of competition viz a viz structure, talent, business model etc

4. Is able to play the role of a HRBP for all Senior leaders in the corporate office in the organization - connect in terms of career, aspirations, role

a. Map the market for all Senior level positions and have a pipeline for all positions - IC role

5. Continuously evaluate the structure of the organization in light of fast moving changes in the industry, is able to align jobs, create a project based organization.

6. Work with peers:

a. Corporate - to continually give ground feedback and suggesting and implanting innovative ideas

b. Training - to create the quality world class talent through timely and relevant learning interventions

c. Operations - To make processes robust, non-bureaucratic, in line with org culture and EFFICIENT.

d. Facilities - Get basics going, own employee experience.

7. Run a dashboard / data based organization - Consistency of data, frequency of data and timeliness of data.

8. Be the face for ABPB to the larger ABG group along with the corporate team

9. Become an evangelist of the payments industry and represent the bank in various forums and is considered the SME in HR space in the industry

a. Write articles/ research papers - for internal/ external consumption

10. Be responsible for disseminating the cultural behavior throughout the organization.

11. Responsible for partner workforce management in terms of data, cost, reporting, productivity, analytics, hiring facilitation
