About our Client - Our client, Global Leading Debt Recovery Firm which has also been named as one of the fastest growing companies in the world is looking to rapidly expand their India offshore office. They are looking for a seasoned Senior Management HR professional to join their team as Head HR to be based in Gurgaon

Job Description - You will be managing a direct team of 4 people with a dual reporting to the India MD and the Global HR Head. Your primary responsibilities will be:

- Main focus would be bring in functional excellence in the HR division - i.e developing the internal team and helping them achieve their high potential

- Spearheading the talent management strategy creation, implementation and measurement

- Highly involved in the team which provides strategic growth inputs to the Indian business unit

- End responsible to ensure legal and regulatory compliances which are human resources related

- Driving the implementation of global initiatives and helping to stream line the organization architecture

The Successful Candidate - You must have 15 - 20 years of work experience in the HR domain , currently in a senior management role. You should be currently in a strategic capacity role with the ability to work at the operational levels also. You should have had exposure to the Financial Services sector ideally. You must be comfortable working in a young dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management is a must as you would be dealing with Global level stakeholders.
