- Will be responsible for developing actionable analytics using technology and statistical measures for the use of Human Capital team and BUs.
- Ensuring Support and Reporting on various HR processes conducted at regular interval.
- Contributing and advise management on compensation analytics/Human Capital analytics/ predictive analytics for business leaders, contributing to annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Engage in technology update/ deployment within HR.
- OBIEE /PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
- MS Excel, Macros and PowerPoint skills mandatory
