Head - HR Analytics
Requirements : 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR metrics, business intelligence (BI), multivariate statistics and/or predictive modeling
Role Brief:
- Develop and execute strategic plan for HR Analytics utilizing technology and analytical tools
- Hired candidate need to build future roadmap for HR Analytics considering business needs, external environment developments and technology Advancements.
- Leverage technical competence in advanced analytics techniques (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, natural language processing).
- Hands on experience with Python/R
