Experience:
1. Candidates with Tier 1 IT company experience in the HR field or HR Shared Services company experience will have added advantage
2. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
3. A professional and commercial approach to HR & Admin, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
4. Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives
5. Strong project management skills
6. Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level
7. Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from HR perspective
8. Strong people management skills, gained through managing and developing teams
9. Sensitive people skills: a high level of emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal skills; a wide understanding of people issues
10. Competent computer skills – comfortable with HRMS tools, Office Automation Tools
Qualification:
Post Graduate in HR, preferably from a reputed Institute with more than 12 years of experience
Job Description :
1. Leadership : Provide leadership, manage and lead the HR and Administration Team
2. HR Strategy : Define & drive the HR strategy aligning with the business strategy. Keep up to date with current legislation and Industry Best Practices and maintain company’s Human Resource policies inline with the latest needs.
3. Employee Relations : Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the
organization. Ensures that processes for resolving employee concerns are well-defined and followed with consistency, adhering to CCS HR policy. Monitor & Control employee attrition. Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Streamline and standardize C&B operations.
5. Performance Management: Ensures the organization is fully knowledgeable of Performance Management processes and Performance Review. Is accountable for defining and monitoring of Employee KRA, coordinating Performance Reviews, and directing team for complete delivery of a successful and timely performance review.
6. Employee Development: Ensures the HR Management team understands and successfully delivers Employee & Management Development programs
7. Recruitment & retention - Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
8. HR Administration Activities: Oversee HR administration activities and optimize the operations. Introduce HRMS systems for effective operations.
9. Organization Administration Activities : Drive organization administration activities efficiently and effectively. The activities includes: Maintenance Activities, Facility Management, Petty Cash Management, Events Management and Reporting
10. Finance Management : Deliver HR & Admin services within budget
