- Plans and organizes appropriate surveys to assess organization climate, employee satisfaction and engagement factors and thereafter analyses the results to formulate HR strategy.
- Proactively designs and implements necessary interventions, policies and procedures to address the issues surfaced in the employee engagement surveys.
- Builds and develops a high performing recruiting framework that can support aggressive business plans.
- Inculcates a performance driven culture in the organization and assesses the need for reward and recognition program.
- Analyses compensation structures based on understanding of market and competition and suggests appropriate action to Board of Directors.
