Key Responsibilities :
- Set up teams, policies & backend operations for a Retail Startup
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive HR operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making and implement best practices
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, across the entire gamut of HR activities
- Proven track record of scaling up in a startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in HR operations and process development
- Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
