- Responsible for designing and implementing business strategy focusing on business expansion activities by ensuring the desired Revenue and profitability pertaining to the Processed Food division.
- Develop and implement diverse business channels for focused development in Channel sales (Distribution and Retail), B2B, HoReCa & e-commerce.
- Provide astute leadership in ensuring leadership development across levels on a continued basis.
- Establish a robust framework with regard to People, Business policies/processes and systems considering the immediate and long-term business priorities with the Leadership team.
- Provide guidance and support with regard to business deliverables to the team and ensure continued focus on Revenue & Profitability.
- Implement, monitor & ensure Key Financial indicators as part of driving P & L responsibility with support from Finance.
- Validate and implement the desired infrastructure required for business operations in line with the business strategy.
- Drive Automation & Technology adoption/enhancement for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance in the business processes.
- Enable the team to meet their business goals and create a culture of high performance with utmost engagement levels.
- Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their required responsibilities.
- Hold periodic performance reviews with the team and suitably guide them for achieving the desired business results.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry by effectively networking with internal/external stakeholders for proactive decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, distribution, and Channel management, B2B, E-commerce in relevant industry
- Highly analytical and result oriented.
- In-Depth understanding on e-commerce
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics driven.
- Strong credibility and ethical compliance is must and Zero tolerance to unethical process / system.
- Excellent communication verbal, written and Presentation skills, ability to express the thoughts logically and precisely.
