Role and Responsibilities:
As the Head for Home Delivery Operations, you shall be heading company's Express business and drive top line and bottom line. Position will directly report to COO with dotted line to CEO.
Position will be responsible for : -
1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures - oversee day to day operations
2. Drive top line and bottom line as per defined budget.
3. Responsible for setting up delivery and exceed service level targets and KPIs
4. Improve Kitchen preparation time and drive ratings on aggregator platform
5. Build customer relationships and understand their requirements/expectations; analyze inputs and feedback effectively and translate them into service enhancements
6. Identify areas for process improvement / efficiency, and drive process enhancements through implementation of various levers such as Business Process reengineering/ (Robotic process Automation) RPA etc.
7. Work closely with various teams including Operations and marketing to generate additional business
8. Launch new offerings and manage marketing campaigns
9. Demonstrate operational excellence, business acumen, thought leadership, and change management skills.
10. Understand and know knowledge of functioning of companies like Swiggy & Zomato.
11. Come out with innovative plans to Increase Delivery Business
12. Basically a P&L Head of company's delivery business
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Hotel Management / MBA with 15+years of experience in similar role, industry.
Preferred Skills & knowledge :
Home Delivery Operations, Aggregator platform understanding, Leadership, Performance management and Marketing
