- Academics should be more than 65%
- Must have completed either B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1 institute.
Job Profile :
- 15 - 22 years of IT exp in HCM with 3-5+ years of presales experience relevant to this position.
- To manage the team handling HCM Module/ Payroll Processing (End to End) and operations for the assigned Geography.
- Should have handled the country specific (Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / India / ANZ / MENA) payroll processing and its relevant statutory compliance's to the respective regions / countries
- Process oriented approach and certification / trainings attended towards that is an added advantage
- Full lifecycle ERP Project Management experience, from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management.
- Project Management experience in a consulting / IT services environment.
- Strong functional domain expertise in ERP
- Industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMI or Prince II.
- Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience in quantitative project management, including financials and metrics.
- Strong people and team management experience.
- As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership. Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customers satisfaction.
- Analyzes business needs to help ensure company's solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Good Communication
- Good ERP exposure
- Able to explain scenarios and the work that has done on different projects
- Overall PM Concepts
- Executed projects with clients
- Having matured and rigorous Project Management
- Understanding of how to run projects in an Offshore-Onshore Mode.
- Knows how to manage resources in a mixed mode with consultants working offshore/onsite coming from Technical and Functional stream -
- Has understanding of source code mgmt and issue mgmt.
- Understands and uses the standard documentation standards like Business Req Document, Functional Design Doc, Tech Design Doc.
What are we looking for :
- Presales experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI
- Hands on HCM implementation experience in any large HCM products like SAP/Oracle/ Peoplesoft
- A track record of successful end-to-end project implementation experience. Global implementation experience will be an added advantage
- Client handling skills with good communication
Pre Sales :
- Should have 15+ years of experience presales, implementing competing talent management / payroll applications from SAP / Oracle
- Presentation and personality must be of the highest quality.
- An Ideal candidate would have a BE and an MBA from reputed institutions.
- Hands-on Attitude to work, Willingness to relocate and travel is a must.
