Head of growth and Traction @ a fast growing SaaS company.


Must have experience of US market. Apply only if you have hands on experience in handling end to end b2b sales and corporate sales.


Job Description :

- Own and build the sales function end-to-end

- Build the outbound BDR function to generate sustainable pipeline growth and Demos for the business

- Ensure end-to-end overall quota and target completion across the sales team to drive business traction.

- Apply a strong leadership lens to build innovative sales strategies to win MoM and QoQ

- ARR and pilot growth.

- Build and lead the sales and growth function. Develop as a leader to build out the team and a result-oriented, fun and rewarding sales culture.

- Work with the Co-Founders to advance the vision of the company in the market and provide a strong market lens in decision making across verticals.

What are we looking for? :

- Someone who can chase a goal of building a pipeline of 5m USD ARR in the next 9 months (currently we stand at 1m USD ARR)

- Experienced Sales leader with strong judgement on client conversations

- Building a team of A-players in sales, and solid management

- Prior experience in building an outbound and leading end-to-end sales function in a B2B SaaS startup (especially in the US)

- The ability to wear multiple hats at the same time. As we build 0-1, 1-10, 10-100, the role will keep evolving and will require the individual to wear the thinking, doer, and leader hats at the same time!

- Comfort with working in a scrappy team as we build the rocket ship!
