Head of growth and Traction @ a fast growing SaaS company.
Must have experience of US market. Apply only if you have hands on experience in handling end to end b2b sales and corporate sales.
- Build and lead the sales and growth function. Develop as a leader to build out the team and a result-oriented, fun and rewarding sales culture.
- Work with the Co-Founders to advance the vision of the company in the market and provide a strong market lens in decision making across verticals.
What are we looking for? :
- Someone who can chase a goal of building a pipeline of 5m USD ARR in the next 9 months (currently we stand at 1m USD ARR)
- Experienced Sales leader with strong judgement on client conversations
- Building a team of A-players in sales, and solid management
- Prior experience in building an outbound and leading end-to-end sales function in a B2B SaaS startup (especially in the US)
- The ability to wear multiple hats at the same time. As we build 0-1, 1-10, 10-100, the role will keep evolving and will require the individual to wear the thinking, doer, and leader hats at the same time!
- Comfort with working in a scrappy team as we build the rocket ship!
