Client is looking to hire a Head of Growth Revenue to lead the company's growth strategy and marketing efforts. This role will work with the CEO and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of revenue growth strategies across business verticals: across offline and online presence, revenue focusses content creation, SEO optimization, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Developing and communicating growth strategies with CEO, and CXO team
- Strategize Revenue Generating Opportunities for the Company including Growth, Maximization and Diversification
- Working with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals
- Leading a team of specialists to conduct content, social media, SEO, affiliate, PPC, and email marketing
- Analyzing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews
- Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights
- Maintaining relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base
- Building and managing a successful team while fostering a culture that aligns with and promotes company values
- Monitor all the revenue streams and adjust as necessary.
- Manage all revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners
- Unify processes to offer superior customer experience leading to their retention and repeat business
- Maintain communication and relationships across organizational functions; work with different departments and manage the revenue generation through those departments.
- Monitor and maximize the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments.
- Maximize the effectiveness of distribution and revenue realization.
Job Requirement :
- 10+ years of experience post MBA/ top engineering college with exposure to 0-1 or high scale-up experience with a startup
- Exceptional Strategy, Analytical, problem solving, Marketing and People Skills.
- Having strong Leadership and Communication skills.
- Team management and mentoring
- Exposure to health tech desirable, not mandatory
