Role Overview: As a core team member, you will be driving the expansion and adoption of our innovative platform. You will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, onboarding strategic partners, and facilitating sales to ensure our platform's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Identification: Utilize your deep understanding of the recruitment industry to identify potential customers and understand their unique needs. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Partner Onboarding: Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive sales and enhance the platform's reach. Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial growth strategies.
- Sales Facilitation: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform growth strategies and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in the platform's offerings.
- Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and success. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.
- Customer Centricity: Ensure a customer-first approach in all growth strategies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the recruitment or technology industry.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
