- Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, paid and organic, digital and offline to drive sales in an efficient and timely manner
- Hire, develop and manage sales and marketing teams
- Build and develop new channels for marketing
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of various strategies
- Have an account on project-wise online/offline spend and customer acquisition costs
- Identify and maintain a record of time consumed in completing a particular sale
Capabilities :
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- A background in real estate/rental housing/ hospitality sales will be an added bonus
- Deep knowledge of designated region and territory
- Strong management skills and experience managing numerous projects simultaneously
- Superior relationship- and partnership-building skills
- Enthusiasm to work with a start-up
- Belonging from a Tier I Tech or Business Institute is a plus
