We are urgently looking for GrowthHead with one of our client, a very well funded, largest farm to fork B2C fresh produce company
Our client aims at building a technology-enabled supply chain of fruits and vegetables to serve the small-medium retailer market in Delhi-NCR with a Pan-India sourcing network.It does more than INR 250 million+ in annualized business in Delhi-NCR with a 2000+ retailer network moving more than 10,000 tonnes of fresh produce.
The management team consists of serial entrepreneurs who are graduates of premier institutions like IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIM Ahmedabad. Our cclient is funded by Pravega Ventures, FactorE Ventures and also has prominent angels as investors like Rajan Anandan (MD, Google SE Asia) Jitendra Gupta (MD, PayU India).
Role : Head of Growth Marketing
Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion.
- Drive user acquisition through organic activities on social media channels
- Create a content engine that addresses user needs and drives the target audience
- Identify top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
- Propose new projects and work with the product team to create growth loops
- Initiating marketing partnerships to drive influencer/partner-led growth.
- Track and optimize paid spends across different channels and decrease the overall CAC
Requirements :
- Work on an exciting growth problem and challenge the incumbents
- Be the first member of the growth team and build a growth engine ground up
- Work with a founding team
- Must be involved in marketing strategy
- Organic marketing
