Job Description - Looking for a professional to lead the growth/performance marketing charter for international territory for a leading gaming company in India.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading gaming company in the country with operations in multiple geographies around the globe backed by marquee investors. They are looking to expand to newer territories and looking for marketing leader to be part of the growth ship.

Description

- Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies



- Target leads and beyond by identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, email and more.



- Calculate CAC & LTV and optimise campaigns for profitable unit economics. Work closely with product and operations teams to optimise conversion rates.

- Uncover creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring users.

- Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI

- Build and execute brand and competitive positioning strategy.



- Test and implement offline marketing campaigns

- Build, lead and recruit the growth team.

- Devise and execute strategy to scale beyond London and broaden the customer base

Profile

- Have 8+ years of relevant work experience

- Belong to the gaming/e-commerce/internet industry

- Experience of managing budget in excess of INR 1 crore per month

- Team management experience

- Growth/performance marketing experience for international territory is a add-on

- Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics

- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
