Profile Overview :
- Work with a cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to revenue goals.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in a performance marketing / channel management capacity.
- Ability to develop and communicate innovative ideas and insights clearly and proficiently across the organisation to those both junior and senior to you (and coach others in the same way)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data. Comfort in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment. A growth mindset. Any problem can be figured out and every test that fails is a learning opportunity
- A get stuff done mentality and a highly collaborative attitude. You'll need a willingness to roll up your sleeves, wear multiple hats, engage across teams with different backgrounds and varying levels of familiarity with your channels
- Prior management and team development experience
