Head of Growth Marketing (B2C Marketing)

Growth Marketing & Performance Marketing in Edtech or Tech or Internet or any related industry where you have proven track record in Growth Marketing & B2C Lead Generation

Work from Office: 5 days

Location: Gurugram - Udyog Vihar

Experience Required:

- Minimum 7-12+ years of relevant experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record in B2C lead generation.

- Experience in the EdTech industry or similar high-growth sectors is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and set up new lead generation channels.

- Demonstrated results that are aligned to business growth.

Skills:

- Expertise in both organic and paid marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our B2C marketing.


- This role is pivotal in driving growth by creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and brand awareness across multiple channels.


- The ideal candidate will bring innovation, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for identifying and setting up new lead generation channels for our B2C business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:


Development & Execution:

- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies focused on lead generation and new customer acquisition.

- Optimize both organic and paid marketing channels to meet business goals.

- Align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure measurable ROI on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Growth Marketing & Demand Generation:

- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, referral, affiliates and community-driven channels.

- Leverage growth loops and virality mechanics to enhance word-of-mouth acquisition.

Channel Management:

- Manage and enhance existing lead generation marketing channels such as search, social media, email, and partnerships.

- Identify, test, and establish new lead generation channels.

- Leverage innovative marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and reach.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Expansion:

- Identify and execute B2C growth partnerships, including influencers, affiliates, and industry collaborations.

- Expand Cos global reach through localized growth strategies in different markets.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor, lead and build a high-performing marketing team.

- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

Performance Analytics, Market Research & Insights:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.

- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to optimize results.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.

- Conduct regular market analysis to refine targeting and positioning.

Brand Building:

- Strengthen Co's brand presence through innovative marketing initiatives.

- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

Key Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in STEM fields or Marketing/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
