- Head of growth initiatives- from existing user growth to ideating plans to increase the market share

- Core leadership role- work closely with founders

- Ensure new user acquisition as well as retention

- Manage a sizeable budget

- Create growth plans that look at one-two years in the future

Profile :

- 8+ years of experience, 6+ in driving growth

- ONLY tier 1 full-time postgraduate preferably from IIM A/B/C, ISB, INSEAD etc

- Should understand the Digital ecosystem fairly well- and should have worked in a digital heavy organization for 5+ years

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Should be able to work closely with the leadership
