Head of Growth Key Objective: 1. Take key approval decisions from Managing committee ; IPRC Innovent 2. Deliver on scalability, profitability & replicability of commercialized projects (eg: Tiscobuild Green Construction Blocks) 3. Business Model validation for pilot projects through hypothesis & action standards and drive the same towards commercialization (eg: Raso Smart Modular Kitchen) 4. Management of relationship with key stakeholders- Managing Directors of manufacturing units, Channel Partners, Customers- B2B, B2C; New partners & customers 5. Provide resources and enable capability building within team Educational qualifications: - MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institute - 7-12 Years' experience Relevant experience: - Marketing & Sales experience in a demonstrated high growth environment in B2C/B2B businesses - Business Acumen, P&L management understanding Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role: - Leadership skills, high interpersonal effectiveness, networking skills, customer orientation, commercial acumen, collaboration skills, people development, ability to manage large teams, problem solver, high achievement orientation & drive for results Note: Primary Skills : Formulation of business plan, Business Acumen, Decision Making, Understanding of Industry, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Planning, Timeliness, Market analysis and research techniques Secondary Skills: Education: MBA/PGDM Branches: International Business, Marketing, Operations Experience: 3.00 To 10.00 Years Requirements: Purpose of the job: - Creation of portfolio of ideas worth Rs 5000 cr in Home Maker segment mainly in the Services & Solution domain. - Scale up Raso-e and create portfolio to augment TATA Pravesh and Raso-e businesses. One point of contact for Chief S&S and Innovent Evangelist for areas related to Home Making. Functional Knowledge: Candidates who have worked and developed businesses in Home interior space- consumer durables, interior designing firms or conventional homemaking spaces such as Godrej Interio, IKEA, Evik, Zuari, Durian, Damro etc. Key Accountabilities of the incumbent: 1. Ideation to unravel whitespace opportunities in Home Making segment 2. Creation of Portfolio for Breakthrough Consumer-In Innovation in Home Making Space 3. Implementation of successful models with relevant Business Units Targe tv Industries-Asian paints, LG, Samsung, Hafiz Contractor, Godrej Interio, IKEA, Evik, Zuari, Durian, Damro etc.
