Head of Growth Supply : To help and manage the growth strategies for the supply business

Job Location Ghatkopar(West), Mumbai

6 working days (Mon -Sat)

Job Description :

1. To create a framework for growth across regions through expansion and coverage.

2. Ensure maximum coverage across all regions.

3. Create and implement programs to increase wallet share along with credit management.

4. Create and implement programs to increase cross sell and up sell opportunities

5. Lead supply growth to insure the business can scale to meet consumer demand

6. Define success metrics and analyze performance, balancing quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decisions, experiment, and iterate quickly.

Education : Bachelors degree and/or Masters in a relevant field.

Who we are looking for :

- People who have working experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Payment solutions companies would be preferred.

- 5+ years of people management

- Leadership experience at fast-growing startups
