Goals:
Ultimately, we want this goal to positively impact revenue for all our products. The input metrics you will own to get to this goal are:
- % conversion from different parts of our product funnel
- Number of leads coming from paid, organic and referral channels
- Lead to payment conversion ratio
- % leads from Tier 1 colleges and companies
- Share of search
What you'll do:
- You will own initiatives across content marketing, paid marketing, influencer marketing to drive revenue growth in an ROI+ manner
- You will use data, user research and market research to identify new growth opportunities which can drive disproportionate impact
- You will drive the focus of the team towards initiatives that can create impact.
- You will run experiments to identify new opportunities and double down on what works while eliminating noise.
- You will maintain the quality bar of the assets that the team ships.
- You will own the website and the conversion funnel for different products from the website.
- You will keep a pulse on product team initiatives as well as marketing goals so that your projects always align with broader initiatives and the larger vision of the organization.
You could be a great fit if:
