Job Description

- Help scale the reach of our businesses - broking and social finance (microentreprenuer led commerce)

- Help explore new channels to grow our network of customers and microentrepreneurs

- Optimize the cost of acquiring these customers and entrepreneurs (CAC)

- Drive efficiencies in our sales processes and tools - BPO

- Build roadmap and strategy for next set of activities for expansion

- Expected to have a product-first mindset to growth working with and in some cases managing product teams

- The individual will report to the CEO
