The Role:
As Head of Growth , you will lead revenue for the product to establish the company's product as a global SaaS leader. You will work on Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation to convert market demand into revenue, requiring a deep understanding of global markets and digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Capture: Oversee the Demand Capture, including Paid Media, SEO, Content (including video and social), Video Production, Social Media, Web Development, and Web Design. Ensure these teams effectively capture and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and optimized digital experiences.
- Growth Marketing: Lead the Growth Marketing initiatives, focusing on performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and innovative marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in Enterprise markets in India
- (Preferred if additional experience of working in global markets) for over 8+ years
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a multi-quarter growth strategy, deeply understanding market dynamics and customer behaviour
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make informed decisions
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
