Head - Government Regulatory/Listing Obligation/Disclosure Regulation

We are recruiting Head of Government Regulatory and Listing Obligation.

- You will be closely working Global General Counsel on various regulatory compliance and government affairs strategy in India.

- Cultivates and nurtures strong relationship with key stakeholders in Indian government bodies like SEBI and industry bodies on technology and policy.

- Liaisons with authorities on a regular basis and acts as their trusted advisor on public policymaking, aligned with securing a suitable enabling environment for client' business strategy.

- Develop strategies to mitigate them particularly around LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations), provide reasonable assurance to senior management and the Board that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.

- Proactively monitor regulatory developments w.r.t Listing obligations, emerging trends, and other policy issues with potential business impact.

- Build capabilities within India team engaged in regulation, public policy advocacy, ensure adequate external support
