- A suitable candidate will be self-motivated, be a persuasive individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.

- The Sales Head will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand - devising sales plan and budget, justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audience for our products.

- Contact potential prospects from personally generated, Account Management and research to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization's goals.

- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.

- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

Requirements

- The Head of Sales must possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with clients.

- Communication skills are necessary for the Head of Sales when it comes to drafting reports and making presentations to clients.

- MBA from only Tier 1 B School with 12 - 15 years of experience in B2C / B2B Educational sales preferably.

- Excellent team player - should have handled large teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
