Head/GM - Hardware Lead - ECC - Auto Ancillary

Nature of Experience:

- Proficient in automotive embedded hardware designs & applications

- Experience with automotive specific microcontrollers & high end infotainment processors

- Experience in hardware design, simulation & management tools

- Good understanding of automotive communications such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, etc..

- Experience with EMI/ EMC design & testing

- Good understanding of automotive vehicle architecture

- Experience in dot-matrix & color display LCD solutions,

- Experience in blue tooth, Wi fi and telematics

- Experience in RF, UHF communications.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Preparing project plans and budgetary estimates for new hardware designs in terms of resource and tools.

- Define detailed design implementations and test plans.

- Manage the development of hardware interface modules and innovative product solutions.

- Manage all development aspects of the product development to achieve on time delivery of the product designs.

- Manage team performance and motivate team members to exceptional results.
