Head of Design-General Manager

- Looking out for General Manager-Design and R&D from only cable Industry. The opening is with one of the leading Cable manufacturing companies in India. The Candidate is responsible for Designing LV,HV and EHV cables and responsible for complete R&D activities for 2 plants in Nashik Location.

Qualification: BE(Electrical/Electronics) or ME(Electrical or Electronics)

Experience: 12 to 25 years of experience in Cable Industry

Company Profile:

- The company is 54 year old in manufacturing of cables in India. They manufacture LV,HV,EHV,XLPE cables, PVC cables and Rubber cables.

- They have collaboration with many Multinational Companies and does turnkey projects from designing till commissioning.

Job Description:

- Having experience in design engg , development of R&D org , transfer of technology , establishing production lines together with factory head, order bound engg , technical discussion with customers and obtaining approval of drgs , etc. Working closely with INT technical experts , representing CCI in INT technical expert teams , promoting high quality products , carrying out product quality audits , failure analysis , type testing etc .

Leadership quality and technical competence is very essential for above position.
