Head/GM/AVP - Retail Operations

We are on the prowl for finding the right persona for one of our esteemed clients in the retail space. Position based out of Bangalore. Responsible for complete retail operations including, product mix, availability, look & feel, customer experience and of course! the top and the bottom lines. Responsible for ~INR.4500mn, manage pan India work force of about 1000 people. Report in to the COO.

Ideallly, you would be from the top 10 management institutes, have high adrenalin, exposure in a driven environment, in S&D, Mktg, Retail Ops and looking for a progressive career.
