Roles & Responsibilities :
Role Overview :
- Workforce Strategy, Plan, forecast, fulfil, monitor and operate in order to achieve the revenue and profitability goals of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for :
Planning & Forecasting :
- Cost Of Delivery focus with appropriate planning for each Business Groups.
- Demand forecast a quarter/skip quarter in advance
Fulfilment :
- Build and monitor capacity as per plan including reskilling/upskilling
- Work with business/WFM teams to plan ramp ups
- Fulfilment oversight and governance with stakeholders
- Escalation resolution
System, Process and Policies :
- Periodic review of system, process and policies to incorporate business requirements and to enable faster and efficient fulfilment
Change Management :
- Talent Market Place for ensuring engagements, reskilling and deployment
Governance and oversight on:
- Bench policy actions
- Enabling rotations
- H1B utilization
Looking at candidates with 20+ years of experience from large IT Organization... with good experience in managing the Workforce Management portfolio.
