Job Purpose :

- This leadership role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding the Global and Domestic markets (API, CRAMS, and FDF business). This position requires exceptional sales acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to manage a team of Account Managers successfully.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile :

1. Our clients seek a highly accomplished Senior Sales & BD Leader based in Hyderabad to take ownership of the Global Sales Function. Must have strong strategic & operational experience.

2. Will report to the Business Head and lead a BD team in India and globally..

3. Will be expected to drive Sales initiatives to transform the organization from a legacy-based culture into a "Future-Ready" and Modern Business setup.

Candidate Profile :

1. Education: Graduates preferably with MBA/PGDM

2. Should have 15 - 25 Years of experience in the pharma industry in sales of API, FDF, and CRAMS:

3. Must be currently heading at least Rs. 700 Crores of annual global sales turnover.

4. Must have led a team and managed rapid growth in sales Pan-India and globally

5. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

6. Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution

The position is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
