Main activities & Responsibility :
- Plan and anchor Purchasing support Centre roadmap together with the Organization's Group purchasing stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team belonging to different functional areas supporting different areas of purchasing organization
- To ensure functional delivery from Global Purchasing Support Centre
- Drive transformation thro digital solutions
- You are responsible to drive high End-User satisfaction levels from purchasing support center
- You will represent the Organization's Purchasing in relevant x-functional decision forums
Qualifications :
- You have good knowledge of managing a captive unit
- You have a strategic mindset and the ability to translate a vision in line with the transformation journey of the organization
- Excellent decision-making skills, taking into account risks and opportunities, with an ownership mindset
- Experience in digital transformations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- You have a background from the services world or you have had experience working in a purchasing organization managing large teams
- You have a global mindset and you see diversity as a strength
- You see change as an opportunity
- Excellent interpersonal & networking skills - you are a true connector working in eco-systems
- Positive mindset and strong energy to contribute to the success of the the Organization.
- Ability to build and develop a high performing team around common objectives
- You probably have a BE/ Masters in the Engineering / IT and/or Business Administration
- Advanced English skills
- At least +5 years of successful leadership experience
