Head - Global Payroll Operations - BFSI

We have urgent requirement with a leading financial captive based in Bangalore:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead End to End payroll process operations starting from record creation, compliances, regulatory changes, policy changes till pay out.

2. Drive multi country operations including India

3. Strong interface with both onshore and global stakeholders

2. Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

4. Ability to work independently & drive things to closure.

5. Good excel & communication skills.

6. Detailed oriented, ability to work under pressure & stick to deadlines.

Key Skills Needed:

1. Minimum 8 years of work experience with proven experience in India/other entities payroll.

2. Should have worked on transformation or change management in payroll space.

3. Should have worked very closely with International stake holders. Ideally should be handling both onsite and offsite payroll in current role

4. Large Team Management

5. Global Reporting

Desired Skills:

1. Exposure to Human Center Design/Agile
