Head of Global Partnership & Alliance for financial services

Reporting Manager : Head FS FLSL, solutions and partnerships

Reportees to the role : FLSL product managers, emerging partnerships, platform services , sales and delivery partnership enablement teams including onsite as agreed

Mobility Requirements : High on global travel across EMEA, APAC and US

Person Specification :

Experience in years : 15 to 20 years

Kind of Experience :

i) FS industry background

ii) diverse experience sales, marketing, product management and partnerships

iii) knowledge of global financial markets and partners (preferable)

iv) working in onsite/offshore model and global teams

v) proven ability to network build and nurture relationships

Education : Business and technical education

- Domain Knowledge : explained as above

- Technical Skills : Comprehend product, product sales, partnerships and product management.

- Language Proficiency : English is fine. Familiarity in any other language even socially is a bonus

- Diversity: No bar prefer diversity all things being equal

Desired Competencies :

- Behavioral : High energy levels and initiative taking. Must be willing to work across time zones. Must be a self starter and work collaboratively with global teams

Managerial (people, process, execution, customer) :

- Should be able to work in a matrix, good interpersonal and team skills
