Job Description:
- Develop & deliver global L&D programs- own & lead the vision for the L&D & Diversity portfolio globally.
- Develop world class L& D framework- programs to attarct, retain , empower talents and help them unlock their full potentials.
- Drive Self service engagement initaitives that support and facilitate personalized learning opportunities
- Develop comprehensive learning programs to supoort individual and team learning - career matrix, competency frameworks, HI-PO management
- Work across business to understand the business/ organization wide learning objectives and develop opportunities , accelerating programs across levels
- Create consistent approaches in needs assessment, development design, session delivery and learning evaluation with a clear focus on return on investment
- Ensure globally consistent operating models across L&D teams and drives around the clock, borderless learning responses to support business, client and employee needs
Candidate Description :
- 15+ years of professional learning experience
- A master's degree in associated field from premier institute
- Keen Learner by choice with a passion to create and implement innovative Learning programs and Diversity initiatives.
- Experience designing, implementing, and measuring effective training and development programs.
- Strong experience in driving global learning strategies, managing global teams, and working across global time zones.
