- The candidate will be responsible for leading the global inside sales team (inbound-driven)
- This is a leadership role based out of Bangalore
- Primarily manage inbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Hire, coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Participate in important commercial & closure discussions with the prospects as and when required.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the different regions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and market demands.
- Experience working with global clients. Mandatory to have successfully worked & closed deals in the US market.
- Good to have experience in an inbound-driven setup.
- Demonstrated success by achieving quota consistently.
- Experience in hiring a sales team of varying years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
