As The Director or VP, Head Of Global Growth Marketing, You Will Be a Visionary And Hands-on Marketing Leader Who Can Build Predictable And Repeatable Processes To Generate Quality Pipeline Across Our Complex, Global Product Portfolios. Reporting Directly To The CMO

Responsibilities:

- Drive transformative change within the GTM strategy for increased ROI and budget efficiency.

- Oversee a team of digital experts to drive this important discipline in support of company's brand performance, growth, customer satisfaction and customer retention goals.

- Develop and execute comprehensive, global demand generation strategies that drive transformative change for increased ROI across our GTM approach and enable us to achieve our revenue goals.

- Create and manage the plan and budget to achieve ambitious demand generation goals. Lead your teams to drive value across the end-to-end buyer's journey, building long-term brand affinity.

- Be a strong collaborator across the larger organization to drive sustainable growth and change that delivers revenue and LTV that extends beyond ARR.

- Tightly align with global sales to continually improve pipeline quality.

- Create a strategic demand and campaign strategy to drive short- and long-term growth for our diverse portfolio of products and global markets.

- Work hand-in-hand with Brand, Product and Content Marketing to influence bold, resonating messaging and content in support of demand and ABM campaigns.

- Lead campaign optimization efforts to continually deliver qualified demand across all channels while balancing brand and overall corporate goals and needs.

- Be a passionate marketing technologist who balances innovation with sustainability across the integration of Martech and Revtech.

- Work across all marketing teams to measure performance against KPIs and deliver insights that drive optimization and change.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Minimum of 20+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, including significant experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or integrated marketing in the SaaS sector.

- Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth.

- Deep understanding of inside sales processes, strategies, and industry best practices.

- Hands-on leadership experience to balances strategy with operational excellence and execution.

- Deep knowledge of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns including account segmentation.

- Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing.

Strong experience with marketing technology and operations including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and ad tech, engagement platforms, and performance marketing
