Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Setting MPOWER's digital strategy and managing our global digital marketing team
- Creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that raise awareness of our product, drive traffic of qualified international students to our website, and optimize sales conversion
- Leveraging mobile channels to reach and convert student customers across the loan application journey, and optimize digital campaigns for iOS/Android
- Setting, analyzing, and monitoring channel goals, and adjusting strategy accordingly to drive application volume through digital marketing efforts
- Using data, analytics and insights to drive efficiency and improvement in digital campaigns to deliver on cost of acquisition and volume targets
- Ensuring MPOWER has a strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing efforts, such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials
- Rolling up your sleeves to personally create, design, or run marketing initiatives critical to revenue and growth
THE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree/PG in Marketing or quantitative field, advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of work experience as a digital marketing leader, preferably in FinTech e-commerce with a tech-first, fast-growing company
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing experts (both B2B and B2C)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences
- Prior experience in the US or Canada (professionally or as a college student) preferred
- Fluency in CRM software and data analytics, tech native with robust experience in digital marketing tools
