The company's platform will enable their customers to embed digital payments into their core proposition. The develop friendly platform will enable their customers to instantly issue physical or virtual cards to suit their needs. The company will also offer end to end management of the card operations through its wide range of ecosystem partners.

Position: Global Customer Support Head
Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon
Experience: 15-20 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage support for customers across the Globe
- Bring in best practices for the group
- Governance with customers and with different SBUs.
- Build a world-class support process and team.
- Supporting the business team in preparing and defending Support proposals and AMC business.
- Leading a large support team of direct & indirect team of 100 employees
