About our Client: Our client is a global Indian MNC and market leader in the pharmaceutical space. They are one of the fastest growing organizations in the country and are looking to recruit their Communications Head.

Job Description:

- This role has been created to drive the Communication strategy for the global business covering corporate communications, events management, Public Relations (PR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), issues & crisis management and internal communication, including marketing communication support.

- This role is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of a communication strategy and operating model to enhance and preserve the reputation of the India business and its brands.

- This role requires extensive communications experience to create and drive external and internal communications for the India business whilst working closely with the leadership team.

- Working as part of the senior leadership team, this role will interface with a high number of internal and external stakeholders and be required to work in a matrix environment

- This role will provide counsel to the leadership team and other senior leaders on corporate communications, events management, PR, CSR, issues & crisis management and internal communications

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have an MBA from a top tier B-School, with atleast 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years should be in a Communications leadership role in a Multinational Company.

- Prior or current experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.

- You should be a strong strategic thinker with a proven track record in devising and delivering communications. In addition, strong interpersonal and networking skills are a must.

- You should have exceptional leadership skills and a dynamic personality.
