Group HR Head (GM/VP) - Female Only

- Developing effective HR strategies and providing sound consulting to senior management on all HR related subjects.

- Manage entire gamut of HR activities for the Group as it's a Group Head HR Position.

- Lead the existing HR team efficiently with proper mentorship which also enhances their skills and expertise further.

- Excellent leadership & organizational skills is required.

- Having experience working with manufacturing set up is add on, but not mandate.

- 10+ years of experience leading the HR team is required.
