1. Conceptualizing and driving implementation of distribution network.
2. Enhancing the distribution network. Increase the no. of distributors to 400, from present no. of 120.
3. Recruitment, training and mentoring of new personnel, as per the plan.
4. Should be able to manage a team size of more than 300 people.
5. Reviewing/Redefining Channel Margins and Terms of Trade of distributors.
6. Dealer evaluation and helping distributors in appointing new dealers.
7. Sales planning, reviewing sales MIS.
8. Planning and implementation of trade schemes, field force incentives.
9. BTL activities, including market visibility and local promotions.
10. Feedback and Budgetary Control Mechanisms for support expenditure.
11. Should have strong commercial acumen.
12. Exposure of Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.
